Description

House. c.1700 and C19. Red brick. Plain tile roofs. 2 red brick ridge stacks. Brick coped gables with kneelers. Double depth plan. 2 storeys plus garret, 3 bays. First and second floor bands and band over garret openings. Road/gabled front. Central red brick and slate C19 closed porch with coped gable with kneelers, front wall has a single casement. Either side are single 2 light casements. Above are 2 cross casements with single central 2 light casement. In each garret is a single similar smaller 2 light casement. To the left, set back, is a red brick and slate, single storey, 2 bay extension with brick coped gables, kneelers and 2 similar casements. All windows have flush wedge brick lintels. (NCC/js)
