Description

Pigeoncote. Late C18 and farm outbuildings, C19. Brick, pantiled roof, first floor band, cogged and dentillated eaves, tumbled coped gables. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Main west front has central door with segmental head, flanked by single casements with segmental heads, and to left, blocked doorway. Above, central dentillated 2-tier shelves and pigeonholes and above again, 2 small iron casements with segmental heads. South gable has C20 garage door and above, 2 tiers of pigeonholes and above again, 2 segmental head blocked openings. East front has 3 blocked openings and above, a single iron casement and to right a tall, narrow door. Stable with granary over, to west, 2 storey, 3 bays, has to south 3 stable doors with segmental heads and to left, brick and stone external stair. Above, to left, a casement with segmental head and a plank door; to right, C20 iron casement flanked by single diamond breathers. Above again, 2 louvred timber roof vents.
