Whitewashed cottage has cogged eaves, segment headed openings, single gable and single side wall stacks. 2 storeys; 2 window range. Front has 2 plain sashes on each floor. Right gable has addition to right containing door. 2 storey stable range, to left, has a coped gable and a hipped addition to left again. Front has an external brick stair to the right, leading to a plank door. To its left, a 2-light casement. Carriage house has an off-centre passageway. Rear has 3 pairs of carriage doers, those to left of the passageway with segmental heads. (NCC/js)
