Description

House. Late C18. Red brick. Hipped tile roof with single central large red brick ridge stack. Dogtooth eaves. Set on an ashlar plinth. 2 storeys, 3 bays. The central bay projects. First floor raised brick and dentil band. Central recessed 2 storey arched panel containing a single tripartite glazing bar sash. To the left is a single small casement and further left single glazing bar Yorkshire sash with glazing bar overlight. To the right is a single sash. In the re-entrant angle between the central and right bays is a wood and glazed porch with slate roof. Above, in the arch, is a single central tripartite arched sash. To the left is a single glazing bar Yorkshire sash, to the right a single sash with marginal glazing bars. To the left, slightly set back, is a one and a half storey red brick lean-to with single part blocked fixed light and single casement above. Both under segmental arches. (NCC/js)
