Description

Pair to east stable. Early C18, possibly by Sir Thomas Hewett. Ashlar and coursed squared rubble with C20 hipped slate roof. Ashlar dressings and moulded eaves. 2 storeys, 4 bays. Main facade has 2 glazing bar lights, single blocked and single unglazed opening. Above, 4 mullioned openings. Left end has, to right, chamfered ashlar doorway with keystone. Rear elevation has, above, single mullioned window. To left, later C18 stables, lean-to, single storey, 5 bays, coursed squared rubble with pantile roofs. 3 chamfered ashlar doorways, 2 doorways with timber lintels, and 6 windows with ashlar surrounds.
