Description

Built in 1852, villa of 2 storeys in stucco with rusticated quoins and paired brackets at eaves. Windows in moulded surrounds, most with cills on tabs and hung sashes with glazing bars. Ground floor in channelled rustication. Porch with plain columns and entablature. Holly Mount and Sunny Bank, which is of local interest, form a group with Ordsall House opposite. (NCC/js)
