Road front with single red brick stacks to rear gable, and to left of C17 wing, to ridge of C19 wing and to right gable. C19 wing has a wooden eaves band. L-plan. 2 storeys plus attic single bay gable end of C17 wing set on a plinth, to the right, slightly set back, is the 2 storey, 2 bay C19 wing. Having from left to right a single tripartite glazing bar Yorkshire sash, a small wooden lattice panel opening, a single similar sash. Above are 3 similar sashes and in the attic a single small fixed light. All openings, except the attic, are under segmental arches. The east front of the C17 wing with dentil eaves has a single small blocked light with a single small glazing bar Yorkshire sash to the left. Above is a single similar sash. There is a single tie plate. The openings to the other fronts are altered. (NCC/js)
