Mid C18 cottage with rendered right gable stack and single red brick and render stack to the front left. Raised left gable with brick coping. Single storey plus attic, 3 bays. Central doorway with part glazed door flanked by single Yorkshire sashes. All openings are under segmental arches. In the attic is a single dormer with single C20 glazing bar casement. To the right is the taller outbuilding with doorway with wooden door under a segmental arch. (NCC/js)
