Description

House. Late C18. Red brick on a coursed rubble plinth. Pantile root with 2 red brick gable stacks. Raised and coped gables. Dentil eaves. Two and a half storeys, 3 bays, with first and second floor bands. Central doorway with panelled door and traceried overlight, flanked by single C20 glazing bar casements in original openings. Above are 3 glazing bar sashes with 3 small glazing bar sashes above. All openings have painted keystones. To the left is a lower single bay 2 storey red brick and pantile wing with left gable stack, dentil eaves and first floor band. Single C20 glazing bar casement. Further left is a coped wall, which extends at the rear to a lean-to. To the rear are various 2 and two and a half storey extensions. Interior has dogleg staircase with turned balusters. (NCC/js)
