Description

Farmhouse and attached barn. Late C18 and C19. House C18. Colour washed cement render over red brick. Pantile roof. 2 gable stacks. The right rendered and the left red brick. 2 storeys, 4 bays. Doorway with C20 glazed door. To the left is a single glazing bar Yorkshire sash with 2 similar sashes to the right, all ground floor sashes are under cambered arches. Above are 3 similar sashes. To the rear is a lean-to extension. Attached to the left is the lower C19 red brick and pantile barn with dentil eaves. 2 storeys, 3 bays. 2 doorways with arched plank doors and ashlar hinge blocks under arches. To the right is a single wooden slatted opening under segmental arch and to the left 2 slit ventilators. Above are 2 doorways with plank doors and a single central lozenge pattern ventilator.
