Description

Farmhouse. Mid C18, refronted early C19. East, C19 front red brick. Hipped concrete pantile roof. 2 red brick stacks. Dentil eaves. L-plan. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Central doorway with panelled door and 3 pane overlight set into a wooden reveal flanked by single wooden pilasters in shallow relief. A concrete pantile hood is supported on 2 wooden columns. Either side are single low glazing bar sashes. Above are 3 similar, smaller sashes. All windows are under cambered arches with flush wedge lintels. To the rear are 2 and single storey wings. Incorporated within these is the mid C18 build. The north east wall having a plinth and first floor band with altered openings and originally of 3 storeys. (NCC/js)
