Quoins, eaves band and projecting surrounds to windows and doors. 3 storeys; 3-window range. Near central round-headed glazing bar stair window with keystone and imposts, flanked by single 12-pane sashes. Above them, smaller 9-pane sashes. Under the stair window, a round-arched doorcase with keystone and imposts, C20 panelled door and plain fanlight. To left, a reglazed window and beyond, a similar doorcase with C20 half-glazed door and plain fanlight. To right, an altered window with a C20 door and fanlight inserted.
