Description
House and attached walls. Late C18. Red brick. Pantile roof with single right gable stack. Dentil eaves. 2 storeys plus garret, 3 bays, first floor band. Central doorway with panelled door, overlight and ribbed surround. Flanked by single tripartite glazing bar Yorkshire sashes. Above are 3 sashes. All windows are under segmental arches. Extending northwards from each corner of the house is a low red brick wall with ashlar coping. It drops down, extends 5 metres, turns at a right angle, drops down and extends a further 5 metres when it rises to meet a square pier with pyramidal ashlar coping. There is a small central wooden gate. (NCC/js)
