Description

Row of 8 cottages. Now 9 cottages, c.1800. Coursed and squared rubble, partly rendered, with pantile roofs. 4 gable and 3 ridge stacks. 2 storeys, 16 bays. L-plan. Windows are mainly glazing bar Yorkshire sashes. South side has 2 C20 casements on each floor. Door in return angle. Above, casement in gable. East front has to left No.9A with gabled rendered porch flanked by single sashes. No. 11 has gabled rubble porch flanked to left by square oriel and to right by a sash. No.15 has door flanked to left by sash and to right by square C20 oriel. No.17 has gabled glazed porch flanked by single sashes. No.19 has rubble porch flanked by single sashes. No.21 has rustic trellis porch flanked by single sashes. No.23 has rendered porch flanked by single C20 casements. No.25 has gabled timber porch flanked by single sashes.
