Description

Boundary stone. Sandstone. Square stone block with pyramidal top. Inscribed on the south face "P. JANUARY II 1757" and on the north face ':N". This boundary stone marks the northern limit of the parish of Papplewick. The list was previously amended in respect of this entry on 2 June 1992. (NCC/js)
