Description

Boundary stone, 1757. Ashlar. Square plan with pyramidal cap. South front now obscured by boundary wall to Papplewick Pumping Station is reputed to be inscribed:- P 1757 January 11. This boundary stone forms part of a group of 5 stones that mark the northern boundary of the parish of Papplewick. (NCC/js)
