Description

Inn. Early C18. Brick, colourwashed, with pantile roof. First and second floor bands, cogged eaves, coped gables with kneelers. 2 ridge, single gable and single ridge stacks. 2 storeys plus garret, 2 bays. L-plan. Street front has 2 glazing bar sashes and above, 2 similar sashes. North gable has, to left, C19 glazing bar sash and panelled door with hood on timber brackets. To right, glazing bar sash and small fixed light. Above, 2 casements. Above again, 2 C20 casements. Rear wing, to left, has single casement with segmental head. Adjoining stable, to east, has segmental headed door flanked to left by 2 casements and to right, a single casement. East gable has, above a glazing bar light, single storey stable to east again, has central garage doors flanked by single doors, that to left with segmental head. (NCC/js)
