Timber framed rear wing with colourwashed brick cladding and pantile roof. Front has first floor band and dentilled eaves. External rear wall stack. Front windows are plain sashes. 3 storeys; 2 window range. Front has 2 sashes with segmental heads and above, 2 smaller sashes. Late C20 replica wooden shopfront with door to left. Single storey rear wing has C20 glazing. Rear gable has a pair of principal rafters with double purlins. (NCC/js)
