Hipped pantile roof with single brick ridge stack and single left gable stack. Set on a coursed rubble plinth. 2 storeys, 5 irregularly dispersed bays. Doorway with C20 door. To the right a single C20 3-light glazing bar casement. To the left a single similar 2-light casement and 2 further similar 4 light casements. Above 3 similar 2-light casements.
