2 houses, now shops. Early C19, with mid C19 and late C20 alterations. Stucco with concrete tile roof. First floor lintel band, parapet, single coped gable. 3 storeys; 7 window range of plain sashes. Above, 7 smaller plain sashes. Below, 2 late C20 shopfronts, the larger right one with recessed windows. Included for group value. (EH)
