Description

Cottage, 1777, coursed blue lias rubble and brick, steep pitched pantile roof, coped gable with kneelers, 1st floor band, single ridge and single gable stacks; 1 1/2 storeys, 3 bays. Central blocked doorway flanked to north by glazing bar casement and to south by C19 glazing bar sash: beyond, C20 half-glazed door. Above, 2 dormers with 2 + 3 light Yorkshire sashes. North gable has single C19 Yorkshire sash in segmental head and single C20 Yorkshire sash; above a single C20 Yorkshire sash; above again, datestone inscribed 'HTE 1777' (NCC/js)
