Description

Pair of ornamental gatepiers. Early C19. Brick, rendered, with ashlar dressings and lead figures. Chamfered plinth. Each pier has central round headed opening, impost band and moulded cornice. Above, stepped rectangular base carrying life-size buck. Re-sited and new figures provided, 1959. (NCC/js)
