Description
Lacemakers' cottage, now house. Mid C19. Brick, partly rendered, with plain tile roof. Dentillated eaves. Single gable stack. 3 storeys, 2 bays. Small rear lean-to addition. Windows are C20 casements and Yorkshire sashes. Ground floor and first floor openings have keystoned stucco lintels. Front has off-centre door flanked to left by round headed casement in blocked opening and to right by a casement. Above, 2 casements. Above again, 2 larger Yorkshire sashes. East gable has large C20 garret casement. Rear has late C20 lean-to addition and above, C20 casement. Above again, 2 Yorkshire sashes. (NCC/js)
