Description

Pigeoncote. Early C18. Red brick. Pyramidal plain tile roof with central wooden glover with pyramidal plain tile roof. Dogtooth eaves. 2 storeys plus attic, single bay. First floor band. North side with doorway with stable door and glazing bar overlight. Above is a doorway with plank door. In the attic is a single gabled wood and plain tile dormer. The west side has a single wooden slatted opening with glazing bar overlight under a segmental arch. To the right is a single later casement. In the east is a single wooden dormer with hipped plain tile roof. The south side has a single wooden slatted opening with glazing bar overlight under a segmental arch with single glazing bar fixed light above. Attached to the north and east are later farm buildings, not of special interest. (NCC/js)
