Description

House and adjoining boundary wall. c1800, raised and extended early C19. Brick with stone dressings and hipped concrete tile and pantile roofs. Cogged eaves, 3 side wall stacks. 3 storeys; 2 window range, L-plan. Front has 2 tall glazing bar sashes painted to resemble Gothic glazing bars. Each has a rubbed brick head and a D-shaped balcony with iron railing. Above, 2 small glazing bar sashes. To right, a flat roofed wooden lattice porch covering a mid C19 half-glazed door. To left, a plain sash. 2 storey rear wing with pantile roof. Outside, attached dwarf brick boundary wall with half-round brick and stone copings and iron railing. 2 wrought iron gates.
