Description

Public house. 1489, altered early C19 and late C20. Timber framed, with rendered and colourwashed front and pantile roof. Comprises the central and right-hand bays of a Wealden house. Deep coved eaves to central bay, with curved bracket to right, and jettied right bay. 2 gable stacks. 2 storeys, 2 unequal bays. 2 small glazing bar sashes. below, near-central beaded 4-panel door and overlight, flanked by late C20 single pane windows.
