Description

House, now offices, and attached garden and boundary walls. c1800, with mid C19 and C20 alterations. Brick with stone dressings and concrete tile roof. plinth, corner pilasters, moulded eaves, 4 gable stacks, 3 of them capped. Projecting single bay centre. 2 storeys plus attics; 3 window range of margin light sashes, the central one being smaller. Above, 2 gabled dormers with glazing bar Yorkshire sashes. Below, central steps to Classical style doorcase with cornice, and moulded 4-panel door with geometrical overlight. On either side, a single margin light sash. Outside, a brick boundary wall with paited stone coping and 4 square piers with stepped caps. To the left, a higher brick garden wall with gabled blue brick coping, approx. 12M long. (EH)
