Assessment included AP search, consultation of SMR, cartographic search, documentary search and on-site visit with photography. The area was visited and walked on foot. Sites of known farms amd outbuildings were included. The area of the Old Park was examined for features that would not be revealed in APs, being hidden by tree cover. Some fields were reverting to scrub and the vegetation here did not allow for any archaeoligcal inverstigation. (1) NB the resulting report is very thin and lacking in detail.
