Description

Excavations were carried out in 1955 for the Ministry of public Buildings and Works. The results have never been published, and are known only from a summary. The 1955 excavations were apparently located on the south-east side of the multiple-ditched enclosure. (4) *unpublished preliminary (1955) in Newark Museum. See E160 for 1960 excavations by Green in Oddhouse Close.
