Description

A rapid EDM survey was carried out, recording the tops and bottoms of the ridges, together with two general slopes around the edges of slightly raised 'platforms'. This survey was repeated after the removal of the first level by the excavator, when the subsoil was exposed between the ridges, greatly clarifying their extent and form.
