Description
A programme of Archaeological Field Evaluation [was carried out] on land at Styrrup Hall Farm … to accompany a planning application … for the development of the land as a golf course. … It was, however, considered necessary to conduct a brief survey of the earthworks [within Crow Wood] … a walk-over survey was carried out and a rough sketch plan produced indicating the main surface features.
