Description

A watching brief is undertaken annually during overburden removal to record anything of interest exposed. Overburden stripping of Phase 2 took place between April and September 1995. Inspection of the site at regular intervals (every 2 weeks) revealed no significant cultural archaeology. The machine-stripped surface was inspected at 10m intervals. (1)
