Description
A resistivity survey was carried out in the S half of the field employing a Geoscan RM4 resistivity meter … covered an area of 100x80m, with readings taken at intervals of 1m. The processed plot shows shows clearly the zone of transition from gravel to alluvium … and ploughed out medieval ridge and furrow running approximately N-S. None of the anomalies may be related with confidence to any of the recorded linear cropmarks. (1)
See E9132 for fieldwalking, E9134 for excavation, E9281 for watching brief.
