Description

Line of drilled shot holes (c.0.15m dia.). Visual inspection of resultant spoil heaps in conjunction with a metal detector. Examination of the spoil heaps failed to indicate any archaeological deposits and no artefacts were recovered. (1) NB plan shows a grid, coveing a large area - above grid ref centred. It is unclear where the "line" of shot holes lay.
