Description

Two holes were drilled to a maximum depth of 2m to hold the new electricity pylon posts. A 600mm wide by 1m deep trench was excavated from these N to link the new pole to existing electricity supply. No finds or features of archaeological interest were identified. (1) See E4388 for observations on the moat. Grid ref centred on pylon.
