Description

Watching brief during the erection of 8 houses. Close monitoring of each phase of earthmoving, which was carried out by means of a JCB 3CX. A total of eight inspection visits observed removal of the concrete pads, clearance, stripping for the access road and the excavation of service and foundation trenches across the whole area. No buried structural or artefactual evidence for past human activity within the development area was observed other than C20 features. (1)
