Description

The area of development amounts to approximately 40 x 10m, the amenity and office block being 20 x 10m and the parking area 20 x 10m. The topsoil was stripped in advance of the laying down of foundation base of crushed limestone. Excavation for foundation and service trenches were observed and the excavation for a septic tank. The excavation for the septic tank was to a depth of 2.8m. No features or artifacts of archaeological interest were observed during the excavations. (1)
