Description

Evaluation comprised a walkover survey of the area, aerial photographic search and small scale excavations (three trial trenches) to test the geophysical results. No evidence for archaeological deposits was revealed by the evaluation although this does not prove a lack of archaeology within the study area. (1) See E9307 for geophysical survey.
