Description

Metal detecting on top of the dune by a local metal detectorist produced a fragment of brooch. This lead to further systematic survey of two sample areas, atop the dune and at the foot of the slope. (1) See E9392 for fieldwalking, E9393 for trial trenches and E9395 for watching brief.
