Description

An archaeological watching brief was undertaken during September 2004 on an extraction area within Kirton Quarry in Nottinghamshire. The watching brief comprised the monitoring of topsoil removal over an area measuring 100m by 215m. No archaeology was found. (1) See E9408 for nearby watching brief, E9411 for field observation.
