Description

Fieldwalking was conducted across the whole of the area using traverses 10m apart, with collections being made on a 10m grid. Only a small number of ceramic land drain and post C19 pottery sherds noted but not collected as it was of no archaeological value within the scope of the evaluation. (1) See E9420 for watching brief, E9421 for geophysical survey.
