Description

The evaluation methodology required the investigation of 10 trial excavation trenches. The trenches were located to target specific features observed as cropmarks in aerial photographs, or to randomly examine adjacent 'blank' areas. In addition to the evaluation trenching a series of test pits were excavated on the site. (1)
