Description

The archaeological watching brief was undertaken at Newark Rowing club during ground works connected to dredging, enlargement and development of the existing marina. The watching brief was carried out in order to ascertain whether any archaeological remains survived within the site. The watching brief has resulted in the identification of no archaeological features of finds. (1) See E9167 for nearby investigations.
