Description

An archaeological watching brief was undertaken during the groundworks for a performing arts center at Ranby House School. No archaeologically significant features were exposed other than a pit in the north-east corner of the site which contained fragments of 20th century ceramic and glass vessels, and the filling of a former pond in the early 1970's.
