Description

Historic building survey of The Old Vicarage, Woodborough. Originally a school built in 1736 by Rev. Montague Woods undergoing five subsequent additions in 1785, 1812, 1840, 1878 and 1885. In 1878 was converted to residential use as the vicarage and now a private residence. An earlier building is shown on the site on a 1609 Crown Survey map of Sherwood Forest.
