This report has been prepared prior to proposed development in support of the planning application. A map regression exercise and documentary search provide background information about the history of the site. A site visit was made to assess existing ground conditions and archaeological potential. The report contains a history of the site with reference to archaeological features and finds with modern photos. The report concludes that the site has a low potential for archaeology.
