Description

Watching Brief undertaken over a period of 2 months as topsoil was stripped for quarry extension. Several features were identified suring this including a horse burial, fragments of relict field boundary and sherds of pottery, mostly medieval though one sherd of Late Iron Age or Early Roman was identified.
