Description
The site is 2 hectares of the playing fields of Serlby Park Academy, Bircote.
The magnetic survey was carried out using a dual sensor Grad601-2 Magnetic Gradiometer manufactured by Bartington Instruments Ltd. Readings were taken at 0.25m centres along traverses 1m apart.
The survey at Serlby Park Academy has not identified any probable archaeology on the site.
NB: The location on HBSMR is a centre point rather than a precise location as a map was not included. The survey was conducted on 2 hectares of playing fields.
