Description
The site is located 9.3km north-east of Clowne and 5.5km south-east of Dinnington. The site is bounded to the north by houses off Gledhill Drive, to the west by A57 and to the south by Claylands Avenue.
The magnetometer survey was conducted in the a 3.5 hectares area of land off Claylands Avenue. The survey was conducted using a Bartington Grad 601-2, with a traverse interval of 1.0m and sample interval of 0.25m.
The magnetometer survey has not recorded any magnetic responses that could be interpreted as being of definite archaeological interest
