Description

The site is situated on the A614, within Sherwood Forest, approximately 5 miles south east of Worksop and 2 miles west of the village of Bothamsall. The proposed improvement comprises the redevelopment of the junction between the north-south A614, and east-west minor between Bothamsall and Thoresby Hall. No archaeological features were revealed, or finds recovered, during the monitoring of the groundworks.
